We continue to gather momentum with additional clients being retained in all divisions this month, but as the world recession continues to rumble on it is important that we stretch ourselves even more and aggressively look for new opportunities both domestically in our office locations and internationally. The good news is that we are starting to become noticed, this month we have had enquiries from a UK design house wanting to outsource web development projects to us, we have been approached by an Investment Management company in Australia to assist them with their back office requirements, as well as a life insurance company in Indonesia looking for back office processing solutions. We must capitalize on these enquiries and ensure we turn them quickly into live projects. To this end we have advertised for Sales Executives to bolster our Account Executive team and to focus on converting opportunities into clients. I look forward to welcoming the new team members during May. The continued message is that Quality counts, we must review and document all our processes, please assist your Managers in doing these reviews, as we can only improve and grow if we constantly review our actions and look to see how we may have been able to improve on them. This is an ongoing constant, not a one off exercise. As we start the 2nd quarter of 2009 I believe we are beginning to stabilize our clients’ requirements and getting our processes in order – a few more clients each month and we should all be able to look forward to a brighter future.
