Welcome to this first edition of The Bridge, our Precision internal newsletter aimed at ensuring we are all kept up to date with the company’s and individual’s achievements and therefore to improve our internal communications.

It is the first step of many that we will be introducing to hopefully improve your enjoyment of working with The Precision Group.

The last few months have been a time of ever increasing change, both in personnel and in work challenges. I thank all of you for your continued dedication and professionalism, which at times have been tested.

We have started the journey towards being a world renowned Business Process Outsource Solutions Provider – it will be a long journey and at times very testing, but I personally believe the goal is going to be worth the extra effort for all of us. We have now established the Account Executive team and will be looking to them to manage our clients’ expectations as well as monitoring our own delivery standards – I know we will all benefit from this focused team of individuals as we expand our client base.

As we enter the fasting month, I ask all of us to be aware of our colleagues, to be sensitive to each other’s beliefs and help each other wherever possible. We need to ensure that we deliver the services that we have promised to our clients and that will mean extra flexibility over the coming months. I am sure you will all rise to this challenge.
