With the establishment of our new brand and our focus on attracting new clients to whom to offer our services, one of the biggest challenges we have had to face is “Client Service”. In our former life under the old GAS banner, things were much easier - we had one big parent company which fed us large volumes of work to keep us all busy and we managed communications with them in a piecemeal manner as demand dictated.

Things have now changed: we are an independent company that needs to build and maintain “Client Relations” and deliver “Client Service” all to the expectations of the ever demanding dreaded, but necessary “Clients”!

So what have we done about this challenge? We have established a team of highly skilled, charismatic, charming, diplomatic, dedicated and tenacious individuals to take up this challenge head on! They are called the “Account Executive Team” and are responsible for maintaining and managing all aspects of our clients’ expectations of our service. In addition they are also required to introduce our clients to the other services that we offer and go out and find new clients to add to our list.

The Account Executives need to be specialists as well as generalists in all our services; they need to be able to deal with clients from all over the world and understand their needs, wants and frustrations. They need to be there at all hours of the day and night to keep the projects rolling; they need to take calls from crazy executives who think 100-page documents can be proofread and sent back to them in a matter of hours at midnight at the weekend! Or sales statistics on obscure subsections of a customer base can be compiled, consolidated and compared to previous data in the blink of an eye and clients don’t understand when it is explained that it will take a little more time.

In short the Account Executive Team is the link between our service delivery and our clients. The team is currently made up of:
