There was once a time where Indonesian movie enthusiasts (focusing on Jakarta people) stopped going to cinemas due to lack of good movies in big screens and tickets were just too pricy, however the good old days seemed far from over as Hollywood started to create strings of blockbuster epic series such as the reborn of Indiana Jones 4, The Mummy Dragon Emperor and Die Hard 4. The inclusion of creating sci-fi or fictions; superheroes from popular comics such as the Transformer, Spiderman and recently Ironman was ingenious and not forgetting the remakes of old favorite heroes such as batman and superman.

Changing jobs can be the most stressful and annoying process that people go through, and yet most of us change jobs 7 to 10 times during our careers. It’s true to say that most of us sometime come to the conclusion that our job isn’t suiting our needs and that changing jobs would be a good idea. Is it a good idea though? Not only is it stressful but you may just end up worse than before. You may think it is an exciting endeavor, but it brings a lot of “what-ifs”. What if the new boss is a pain in the butt?
