as written by Jojo Battung, General Manager, Corporate ServicesThe Corporate Service Division staff has been busy working on some areas of opportunities where we think we can improve service to our clients.- We are slowly moving all our generic emails into the Precision Support Centre to become ticketing enable. This way, the department in-charge can monitor, track and manage all request, inquiry or processing needs of the clients in a timely manner.

- We currently launch the Precision Client Centre where clients such as OFS and PPI can access information online. We have successfully move the pipeline, transaction data base, servicing data base and business boards into the client centre and we now starting to received positive feedback from all users. We are looking to expand this further to other clients like Port Funds and Aallstar in the coming months
- The MIS team is currently in focus in creating the new FOCUS report for FPG management. There is a lot of work to be done since all data are collected manually to produce the necessary information according to our clients needs.
