Network Support Team

The tireless effort and know-how of Network Support technicians, systems administrators, and engineers keep the Precision Group’s IT systems running on a day-to-day basis and ensure that the company is technologically prepared to meet the current and future needs of business and staff.

Position: Operation Manager, Technology Services


Tasks: Manage daily Technology Service operation including Data Center and Office Infrastructure.

What developments you would like to see in PG and what are your expectations?
Company should have and socialize Strategic Framework (Vision, Mission and Value). Then focus and consistently aim to achieve the firm goal with transparency management.

We need to take a systematic approach to help desk development and maintenance. Apply the steps outlined below to plan, set up, and operate a help desk environment.

Favorite activity outside work: Dj-ing, reading a novel, surfing over the Internet, taking girls near the hot-spot area :)
